I am a second year PhD student in the Social Psychology program at the University of Florida. I primarily work with Dr. Colin Smith in the Attitudes and Political Cognition lab. I am also a member of Dr. Kate Ratliff’s Attitudes and Social Cognition Lab.
My primary research interests include understanding what factors contribute to gender discrimination in the workplace and developing programs to mitigate such discrimination. My research centers around measuring people’s implicit and explicit attitudes towards women. I previously graduated from Azusa Pacific University (APU) where I received a BA in Psychology with honors (summa cum laude).
